29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     ESTABLISHMENT:  The pinch point created by the wooden cookies and cut paper at the delivery table of the Maxson Sheeter machine was unguarded.    On or about 12/04/18, an employee's left middle finger was pinched in between the wooden cookies and cut paper while the employees was trying to raise the delivery table of the above equipment, and the employee sustained a severe crushing injury to the tip of the middle finger from the incident.
