29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about 11/21/2018 - Employee engaged in cleaning activities at the Top Coater machine in the Top Coater area was exposed to amputation hazards in that machine guarding was not adequate to protect employees from ingoing nip points at the top of the rollers.   29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
