29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about November 7th, 2018 employees were exposed to an 18 foot fall hazard while installing roofing materials on a residential roof with an 8/12 pitch without being protected next to a roof edge in the vicinity of 3251 Oak Ridge Loop East in West Fargo, North Dakota.
