29 CFR 1926.252(a): An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building(s):  Taj Estates - Building 5:  Employees were dropping wood debris, plastic, and cardboard from approximately Forty-two (42) feet above the ground without an enclosed chute exposing employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Taj Estates - Building 5:  Employees were installing plywood decking without fall protection exposing then to a fall of approximately ten (10) feet six (6) inches to the floor below.  (b) Taj Estates - Building 5: Employees were unstacking plywood near the edge of the building without fall protection exposing then to a fall of approximately forty-two (42) feet  to the ground below.

29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.  Taj Estates - Building 5:  On or about October 23, 2018, the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative.  The records were requested verbally at the time of inspection, in writing on October 24, 2018 at 0918 EDT.  The owner of the company acknowledged the request on October 26, 2018 at 0651 EDT.  As of January 16, 2019 no records have been provided.
