29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw:    (a)    On or about October 31st, 2018 employees were exposed to severe lacerations and flying particles while operating two different hand held circular saws with the guard being disabled in the vicinity if 3018 Marina Road SE in Mandan, North Dakota.
