29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm: a) Job site at Pond Drive, Washington Township, NJ: Employees riding to the jobsite in an enclosed landscaping trailer were exposed to carbon monoxide from the exhaust generated by a running gasoline powered lawn mower inside the trailer. The employees carbon monoxide exposure level was determined to be 410 ppm as an 8-Hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), 8.2 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit of 50 ppm, on or about 12/11/2018.
