29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a. On or about December 11, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the stairway to the second and third floors was not provided with handrails, thereby exposing employees and employees of sub-contractors to fall hazards. LG Construction Group LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in osha inspection number 1226383, citation number 1, item number 5a and was affirmed as a final order on June 19, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 417 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL.
