29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about November 7th, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a nine-foot fall hazard while installing siding next to an unprotected edge on a residential house in the vicinity of 3745 Norman Court in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1317778, Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 511 Eighth Street South in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1134613, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/14/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 102 Shepard Lane in Carrington, North Dakota.
