29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: (a) On or about December 6, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure an employee authorized to perform lockout as a part of his job duties had received training on the methods and means necessary to control hazardous energy associated with the elevated bucket to a John Deer, model 544J, front-end loader.
