29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. (a) Cyclone Drilling, Inc. at County Road 26 and County Road 5 Meeker, CO 81641: On or before December 11, 2018 the employer had material safety data sheets of similar chemicals available for employee use, but did not maintain the safety data sheets for some of the specific chemicals used on site. This condition exposed employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.
