29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about 12/12/2018, a subcontractor of Freise Construction Company was installing roofing materials on a roof of a building located at 1306 Sunview Drive in OFallon, MO. Freise Construction Company did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment. The superintendent was onsite while the subcontractor employees were working on a 4/12 sloped roof approximately ten feet above the ground. The employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.
