29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: On or about 12/11/2018, Contractor's Welding Inc., located at 313 West Thorton Ave., St. Louis, MO, were exposed to hazards at the point of operation created rotating parts saw blade. The Stone Friction Saw had a homemade guard at or near the point of operation. When tested, this guard would not drop back down over the saw blade leaving it unguarded at its point of operation.
