29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 136 Brighton Ave., Deal, NJ: On or about December 11, 2018, three employees of Brito Construction were installing roof sheathing on a two story residential structure. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet to the ground below. Brito Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134616, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on (06/21/2016), with respect to a workplace located at 539 Summer Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ. Brito Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1198162, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on (04/17/17), with respect to a workplace located at 13 Plateau rd., Fort Lee, NJ.
