29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) On or about 12/11/18, on the building roof top at 465 Lyle Avenue, in Rochester, New York, an employee assigned as a safety monitor was engaged in work activities including roof edging work, 25 feet above ground level; which took attention away from monitoring the safety of other workers to ensure they were not exposed to fall hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
