29 CFR 1926.502(d)(21): Personal fall arrest systems were not inspected prior to each use for wear, damage, and other deterioration, and/or defective components were not removed from service:  (a) 910Old Vicksburg Rd, Clinton MS - On or about November 20, 2018 the employer did not ensure that personal fall arrest systems used by employees were inspected prior to performing tasks at heights  of approximately 60 feet while performing tasks such as but not limited to sandblasting, painting, maintenance, and repairs on a water tower exposing employees to fall hazards.

A sign reading "DANGER-PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE, DO NOT ENTER" or using other similar language would satisfy the requirement for a sign.
