29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about December 11, 2018 at 3202 Northlake Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia, an employee working from the basket of an aerial lift arranging sheets of plastic to keep the rain out of the patio was exposed to a fall of more than six (6) feet to the lower level. The employee was working in the basket of an aerial lift without fall protection.
