29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) This violation occurred on or about December 11, 2018, at the job site located at 2113 Winsbury Way, Forney, TX; where employees were framing a new residential single family house and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.
