29 CFR 1910.94(b)(4)(ii): Exhaust systems for grinding, polishing, and buffing operations shall be tested in the manner described in American Standard Fundamentals Governing the Design and Operation of Local Exhaust Systems, Z9.2-1960. a) On or about 12/12/18 - Production Building, the dust collection system at some pedestal abrasive belt machinery had reduced airflow. A program of periodic inspection of the ventilation system, including the measurement of system performance, had not been implemented.
