29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Work site was located at 190 W. 54th Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 An employee was exposed to fall hazards as the supported scaffold platform he was standing on that was raised by a forklift to approximately seventeen feet above the ground had no guardrails or fall protection to prevent him from falling to the dirt and concrete below. Violation was observed on or about December 11, 2018.

Violation was observed on or about December 11, 2018.
