29 CFR 1910.110(f)(7): LP gas container storage location(s) were not provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher having a minimum rating of 8-B, C: a) Liquid Propane Storage Area - On or about December 13, 2018 and times prior to, the employer did not ensure that a portable fire extinguisher was located outside in the area where liquefied petroleum (propane) cylinders were being stored, thus exposing employees to a possible fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Shipping Department - On or about December 13, 2018 and at times prior to, powered industrial truck (forklift) operators used a Work Horse Series 2 industrial battery charger that was not installed and used per the manufacturer's safe operating procedures, in that the battery charger was stored on combustible material such as a wooden pallet, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.
