29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to keep all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition; a) Outside of dust collection tower: On or about December 4, 2019 and times prior employees were working outside the dust collection area to weld and perform maintenance. The employees were exposed to slip/fall hazards due to buildup of fine powder fiberglass dust outside the dust collection tower.
