29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. 29 Hope Ave., Staten Island, NY The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential roofing activities were protected from falls by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Three employees were observed working on the roof of a two story home without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about November 28, 2018 Wil-OG-Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1,citation number 1,item number 978052, and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 50 John Pl, Rahway, NJ 07065
