29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Facility - On or about 12/14/2018 and ongoing, where employees working using Tri-Star Solar Brite which contained sodium hydroxide (pH=13 to 14), and Tri-Star Sour VII which contained and fluorosilicic acid and citric acid, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided for immedicate emergency. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: 1) Facility - On or about 12/14/2018, employees work with Tri-Star Solar Brite which contained sodium hydroxide, and Tri-Star Sour VII which contained fluorosilicic acid and citric acid, severe skin burns and eye damage. The employer had not provided Hazard Communication training to the exposed employees at the time of their initial assignment and whenever new hazards were introduced into the workplace. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
