On or about December 17, 2018, employees were utilizing compressed air lines for cleaning and threading tails at the end of Paper Machine #2 where the air pressure exceeded 30 p.s.i. b. On or about December 17, 2018, employees were utilizing compressed air lines for cleaning near the pallet wrapper where the dead end pressure was 45 p.s.i
