29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(6) and (f)(7) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the Identity of the hazardous chemical contained. (a) Jobsite - On or about December 13, 2018 the employer did not ensure two 5 gallon plastic buckets containing Methyl Ethyl Ketone were labeled, tagged or marked as required exposing employees to chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.134(m)(1): Records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 were not retained and made available in accordance with 1910.1020. (a) Jobsite - On or about December 13, 2018 the employer did not have the records of medical evaluations for employees that are required to wear respirators while using chemicals such as but not limited to Methyl Ethyl Ketone, Dura-Plate 8200 High Temperature Epoxy Part A, Dura-Plate 8200 High Temperature Epoxy Part B, HoldTight 102, Spheriglass, and Reducer #54 during resurfacing and painting of metal tanks, exposing the employees to respiratory hazards.
