A wipe sample (B1) from top of break room refrigerator in the upstairs break area, sample showed 21.12 micrograms (ug) of lead on or about December 17, 2018. b.) A wipe sample (B2) was taken from the upstairs break room microwave, sample showed 15.64 micrograms (ug) of lead on or about December 17, 2018. c.) A wipe sample (B3) was taken from the control panel of the printer, sample result showed 199.00 micrograms (ug) of lead on or about December 17, 2018. d.) A wipe sample (F1) taken from a key board in the front area, sample results showed 75.07 micrograms (ug) of lead on or about December 17, 2018. e.) A wipe sample (F2) was taken from a telephone receiver, sample results showed 63.31 microgram (ug) of lead on or about December 17, 2018. f.) A wipe sample (F3) was taken from an area of the counter top in the front show room area, sample results showed 43.90 micrograms (ug) of lead on or about December 17, 2018.
