29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii). (Construction Reference: 1926.59):   At a jobsite located at 7436 1000 Road in Fredonia, KS - Employees were exposed to dermal and respiratory hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed nor implemented to inform employee(s) of the health hazards associated with hazardous chemical products. Employees were working with cement blocks including laying brick, mixing concrete, and making mortar.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Employees were working with cement blocks including laying brick, mixing concrete, and making mortar.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Employees were working with cement blocks including laying brick, mixing concrete, and making mortar.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  At a jobsite located at 7436 1000 Road in Fredonia, KS - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 6 feet 8 inches to the concrete below while working, cleaning the North wall on the first level of the tubular welded frame scaffold. The working level of the scaffold was not fully/completely planked to keep the employees from falling.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  At a jobsite located at 7436 1000 Road in Fredonia, KS - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet to the concrete below while working, cleaning the North wall on the first level of the tubular welded frame scaffold. The working level of the scaffold was missing guardrail system on both East and West ends of the scaffold to keep the employees from falling.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
