29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:   a)  At 2002 Felicity Lane, Donohue Ridge, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about December 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate a circular saw on site with the guard wedged up exposing the blade and exposing his employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 2002 Felicity Lane, Donohue Ridge, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about December 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19.4 feet to the ground below.
