29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Active Radiator facility 3675 Amber Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134: Wipe sample for lead collected on the lunch room table resulted in 171.6 micrograms of lead and was not kept clean and free of lead accumulation. This condition was measured on/about 18 DEC 2018.
