NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Stockton Roofing & Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292555, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/9/18, with respect to a workplace located at 8744 Greiner Road, Clarence, New York. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 12/20/18 at a roof project located at 8093 Roll Road, Clarence, New York; employees were replacing shingles on the roof of a two story house. The roof had a 6 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 20 feet. There was no fall protection in use.
