29 CFR 1910.29(f)(6): Projection hazards. The ends of handrails and stair rail systems did present projection hazards. On or about December 26, 2018 employees were exposed to projection hazards on the stair rail systems use to access the oil change platforms due to the fact that the hand rail protruded beyond the end post of the system.
