29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. On or about December 26, 2018, the company's lockout/tag out procedures did not include specific procedural steps or additional methods of instructions for the control of potentially hazardous energy sources when clearing jams and/or performing maintenance and servicing tasks on the following machinery, to include but not limited to: a) AIDA #9 121 ton mechanical power press which has electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic energy. b) WARCO #11 100 ton mechanical power press which has electrical and pneumatic energy. c) Danly 60 ton mechanical power press which has electrical and pneumatic energy.
