29 CFR 1904.32(a)(1): 29 CFR 1904.32(a)(1): At the end of each calendar year the employer did not review its OSHA 300 log to verify that the entries were complete and accurate: 370 Albany Street, Springfield, MA: On and before February 8, 2018, entries on the 2018 OSHA 300 Log were not complete and accurate in that the log did not include the year, establishment name, city and state. Additionally, the 300A log for 2018 was not complete or accurate in that the total hours worked by all employees last year and the SIC/NAICS code were missing from the log and the Number of Cases was inaccurate.
