29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Northeast side of building roof - On or about December 27, 2018 and at times prior thereto, sub-contractors employees were framing the roof of the building using a rope grab system for fall protection. The anchor point was in the center of the building and employees were working on the East side of the building approximately 50' away from the anchor point, allowing them to contact the ground in the event of a fall.
