29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides except where there is entrance to a ramp, stairway, or fixed ladder. The railing shall be provided with a toeboard wherever, beneath the open sides. 1) On or about 12/19/2018, on the north side of the the mezzanine storage area, approximately 8 feet of the open floor was not guarded. 2) On or about 12/19/2018, on the east side of the mezzanine storage area, approximately 15 feet of the floor was not guarded.
