29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 628 Lafayette Rd. - On or about December 14, 2018, fall protection was not provided or utilized by employees performing lighting fixture installation while working from the basket of a JLG(model T350) aerial lift, where a body harness with a lanyard attached to the basket was not utilized to prevent the fall hazard.
