29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: (a) Route 73 & Holtec Dr., Evesham, NJ; On or about January 2, 2019 an Eagle Erectors employee was exposed to hazards while welding the structural steel of a commercial building from a scissor lift scaffold. The employee was using the rails of scaffold as his platform / walking working surface. Thus the employee's platform was not at least 18 inches wide.
