29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 24 Waterford Way, Lincroft, NJ: On or about January 2, 2019, two Ander Construction LLC employees were conducting roofing activities on a new construction multi-story residential structure without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
