29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about 12/31/18 - Second floor stairway, the exit route was obstructed on both sides of the stairway leading from the second level of the warehouse; one side with boxes of merchandise, the other side with a shopping cart. b) On or about 12/31/18 - Rear of warehouse, the stairway leading to the rear exit door was obstructed with debris inhibiting employees' access to the exit discharge. c) On or about 12/31/18 - Warehouse, the pathway through an indicated exit door was blocked by boxes of merchandise blocking a direct route to the exit discharge.
