29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:     a) On or about 01/04/2019, in the Assembly Area, employees did not utilize lockout procedures when changing the blade on the HYDMECH S20P Band Saw exposing employees to amputation hazards.     b) On or about 01/04/2019, in the Assembly Area, employees did not utilize lockout procedures when changing the bit on the drill press exposing employees to amputation hazards.     c) On or about 01/04/2019, in the Assembly Area, employees did not utilize lockout procedures when changing the dies on the P50 Ironworker Piranha exposing employees to amputation hazards.       ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED      The Cobey Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1157397, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Ship canal Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14218.
