29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(B): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training regarding the composition of loads to be carried and load stability: Boat Shop: On, or about, December 12, 2018, powered industrial truck training provided by the employer did not include site specific tasks such as lifting and moving boats. The training material that was used addressed common tasks such as lifting and moving pallets, loading and unloading trucks at a loading dock and rack storage. Site specific operations that were unique to the Boat Shop were not addressed either in the video presentation or hands-on practical portion of the training program.
