29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: Jobsite: 3700 N Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140 - Employees are exposed to fall hazards of 24'. Fall protection was not provided to employees completing roofing work on a low-slope roof. This condition was observed on December 11, 2019.
