29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 358 Bliss Rd., Longmeadow, MA: On or about November 19, 2018, two employees were observed building a chimney on the roof of this residence, more than 17 feet above the ground below without any fall protection. D&D Masonry & Chimney, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CCFR 1926.501(b) 13 which was contained in OSHA inspection number_ 1298711 citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/18/2018 with respect to a workplace located at 10 Vanguard Ln., Longmeadow, MA.
