29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented on January 4, 2019 at 7517 F Street, Omaha Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that strain was not placed on the connectors for the electrical plug used to power the pedestal fan being used by the 5540 paper folding machine.
