29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access: a) Jobsite: The employer did not have a safe means to access the scaffold for employees. Employees had to access and egress the scaffold by climbing an extension ladder on the front of the scaffold then enter and egress through crossbraces. Condition was observed on or about 4 JAN 2019. Castetter Masonry, LLC.,was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(e)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106651, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6 MAY 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Fellowship Drive, Glen Mills, PA. 19342
