29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At 12864 Ibis Blvd., Lot 404 Stonebridge, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about January 7, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold and the work platform of the scaffold measured 12 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 17.1 feet to the ground below.
