The employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for hand-held power saws on Table 1 in that while one employee operated the saw to cut the concrete a second employee used a bucket full of water to manually pour water on the sawing operation rather using the saw's integrated water delivery system to continuously feed water to the saw blade as required by Table 1, exposing the employees to potential over exposure to respirable crystalline silica, on or about January 7, 2019.    Corrected during the inspection.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
