29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely:    a) On or about December 20, 2018 - 6860 Governors West NW, Huntsville, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14-34 feet from the second, third, and fourth floors when employees stepped or supported themselves on the trash box in order to move materials from the box into the hotel.  The employer had not determined if the box had the strength or structural integrity to support the employees while using the trash box.
