29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) LaQuinta Inn & Suites located at 1350 North Point Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30022, East roof: On or about 01/08/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of up to 50-feet to the lower level, in that a personal fall arrest system was not worn while operating a JLG 800AJ Aerial Lift as employees were engaged in roof activities.
