29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   On or about January 08, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in  hazards from rotating parts on the following machinery:    1) Cozzini single Bolo hopper  - The rotating shaft was not provided with a shield guard to prevent employee exposure to a rotating part.    2) Lantech S-300 Wrapping Machine - The rotating wrapping arm was not provided with guards or barriers to prevent employee exposure to the rotating arm.
